TRAINING EMPLOYERS

According to the State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025, every employer is required to attend a 16-hour training course.  The purpose of the training is to provide employers with the tools to recognize the risks and dangers present in the workplace and to implement all the prevention and protection measures necessary to protect workers. With this course, we intend to offer each employer knowledge and reasons for reflection on their role and the responsibilities it entails for the well-being and health of their employees.

Evaluation procedures

Intermediate tests for teaching purposes and final test for the assessment of learning

The training program is divided into several E-Learning modules, each consisting of annotated slides, videos of real work situations that are particularly explanatory of the concepts stated, and learning assessment tests. The different teaching units are interconnected; it's not possible to scroll forward through the unviewed slides; you can return to topics already covered if necessary.

Each participant will be able to follow the presentations at any time of the day according to time frames established by himself. It is in fact possible to stop the presentation at any time and resume later from where you arrived.
